The dimensions of life are best understood when evaluated in terms of life’s most fundamental essence: Neural facility and the biological structures which produce it. From these universal principles, a person is able to create an eternal science of life—a pure science which relates all things to neurological structures. Biological processes involving neural energy utilization and maintenance are the prime occupation of scientific Pleneurethics. These processes form the most fundamental reality of the biological world. Those who understand the true relationship between neural facility and all things which affect neural resources will have a relevant basis for evaluating life. A person’s own life and that of others will be more rewarding if he relates to this most fundamental value on earth. This is what Pleneurethics is all about: To find a feel for this value in himself and others, to relate to it, and to understand it in as many ramifications as possible in both theory and practice. Accurate knowledge of self is important for the virtuous life. The more one knows about himself, the less dependent he is upon others, and the more effective he becomes. With such knowledge, a person separates the trivial and unimportant from the weighty and significant—and treats each accordingly. Without this insight into biological reality, he may be inclined to exaggerate his reaction to inconsequentials, and to underreact to that which is truly important. When he achieves Pleneurethical insight, a person
will know when he has a real cause for complaint and what type of
physician to see about it. He also will know when a symptom is
unimportant and refuse to permit dangerous tinkering with his being.
Moreover The goal of Pleneurethics is to open the path to true self-knowledge. Thus armed, he is shielded from exploitation by others, and in turn he has no need to attempt exploitation of those less fortunate than he. He understands the real world and knows the true basis for enduring interpersonal relationships. Briefly, Pleneurethics approaches human affairs by showing how stress accumulates and is processed in the central system of the brain. The approach is structural, because this best illustrates the basis for the cause of unproductive stresses. The stresses examined by Pleneurethics include neural stress, as well as those mental, physical, and chemical. Not all structural deviations are bad. It is the chronic structural distortion which proceeds beyond a normal range of movement, and which remains chronically maldeployed that is pathological. Such a condition produces a chronic stress which destroys neural sufficiency and carries with it the symptoms of disease. The disease proliferates as other related structural systems are malstressed sympathetically, and the entire system deteriorates as the several interrelated deteriorating systems receive degenerative feedback. This then is the linchpin of Pleneurethics: To show the several structural systems in human affairs and to reveal how a structural trauma in one central system produces a stress which is reflected to all other immediately related structures. In the past, the structural approach to human
affairs has been overshadowed by preoccupation with non-structural
matters. Pleneurethics seeks to restore proper balance to both
philosophical disciplines and practical applications by focusing
attention once again upon structural considerations. Perhaps Warren F.
Sarle of Winnetka, Illinois said it best when he declared “Pleneurethics
is a new approach to life and the problems of society.” Being “new,”
Pleneurethics immediately comes into conflict with the old—much of which
is destroyed in the process. Such destruction always occurs because the
very act of creating involves destruction in one form or Pleneurethics can draw little direct comfort or support from any preexisting group. Although all groups have been quick to seize upon various portions of Pleneurethics which they have appropriated as their own. All that was originally new with Pleneurethics has already been, or soon will be, taken over by other institutions and called their own development. Therefore, in a few years there will be little to discriminate Pleneurethics from the group of other schools. But this is certain. The spark of creative ingenuity which led to the creation of Pleneurethics still remains within its confines. It is available to all those who wish to join its ranks. Pleneurethics is something a person can believe in and trust completely. It will not slip away or let one down. The theory of it is sound. As a person learns to understand it—he profits, and so does everyone else in his circle. And in Pleneurethics the circle is vast, indeed.
