9 Perhaps the easiest way to acquire an initial grasp on Pleneurethics is to consider the brain as a living engine. The brain is structured to fulfill a biological need and to produce a biological result. The brain receives an input into its structure, and it functions to transmit an output. The brain is coaxial:
Therefore, the brain and its energy is postulated to be the axial biological reality of life on earth. If the brain structure is altered so that its pattern of operation is modified, this change will be manifested in the body tissues and the mind and even in society according to the pattern of brain alteration. The brain stands at the crossroads of the physical
and mental being. All things are related to the brain, and, in turn, the

11 Disease is best categorized in terms of the involvement of the brain and its neural system. Chronic degenerative diseases are caused by chronic brain problems which, in turn, are elicited by chronic bioductory deflection. Acute diseases are from other sources of stress and traumatic disturbance to the brain, except congenital conditions which are caused by a malformation of the central neural system prior to birth. Many congenital disorders in children are postulated by Pleneurethics to be due to certain forms of chronic illness in parents. For example, severe acute problems like drug addiction may also cause congenital disorders in progeny. Chronic mental and physical illnesses invariably accompany each other, because they arise from a common cause—central neural disturbance. Acute illnesses of psychological genesis also achieve dual effects in the mind and the body because of the medial position of brain. The brain accumulates tension from several sources—acute and chronic. It reacts according to the aggregate. The brain must dissipate this tension through various processes, or it must retain the accumulation and absorb the deleterious consequences.
The following chapter will briefly treat the following: Neuro-physical
coaxiality, neuromental coaxiality, neurochemical coaxiality, and
neurocultural coaxiality.
