In the world of the mind, morality comes first. For if morality is absent in the individual’s makeup, the world will be lost.

The morality of Pleneurethics commences in the home. It is the major subject of the primary grades when children reach school age.

Morality should not be hooked into a particular faith or sect to give any specific religion a free ride at public expense. Ethics should identify with the public school, not with the private church.

Lessons should be given all school children in Absolute Ethics, applicable the world over. This gets away from international discrimination based on religion. It paves the way for a universal brotherhood of man which will uplift the total civilization.

The dream of science is to produce a better world, but very often the reality of scientific applications is to create misery. Science lacks deep moral insight. Science, when given unbridled reign, cannot be depended upon to invariably create that which is beneficial to a trusting public. Some schools, or areas of science, are especially callous in their disregard for the long term impact of their policies on people.

Youths, as well as uncritical oldsters, are apt to identify more with the dream of science than with the grotesque reality of some of the monstrously bad applications of science to the suffering world

Although Pleneurethics does not assay the layout of an ideal I life, it does prescribe the basis for the ideal life. Without this basis, life will be devoid of full qualityƒno matter what other gross commercial
 page 26
novelties of science may be available. Quality control is an important factor in the Pleneurethical way.

The capacity for life is limited or expanded according to cerebellar competence. If this competence is diminished, so also will the capacity for the full life be curtailed. As this competence is cultivated, so also will life capacity itself be pleasantly influenced.

Neural energy provides an impressionable carrier upon which all biological variations may be faithfully etched. These variations are derived from a variety of sources, but all accumulate and reinforce or detract from each other in the central neural system.

To achieve the full and complete life, both quality and quantity of neurological capability are needed. One without the other does not bestow the full life.

People have been doomed to die a desperate death from chronic illness that could have been cured and exhibited an exquisite quality of life had the physician known how. But the quantity or vigor of life was sadly deficient. The resultƒa blighted life, neither full nor completely satisfying.

Immoral bouncers have been known whose vigor for life was matchless in its animal abundance, but whose quality of life was miserable in the lowest ethical degree. Here again life was not full, for their coarse ethics deprived them of redeeming grace.

In Pleneurethics, people are shown the way to a more meaningful and rewarding life. People should relate to the biological center of their ethical being which provides them with a solid relevancy to a healthful life and a basis for improvement of civilization’s institutions.

To enjoy the full life people must be neurologically unimpaired and wise with understanding of eternal ethics.

In Pleneurethics, no god is seen who speaks to the people. Therefore, in Pleneurethics revelation is not superior to reason. Moreover, in Pleneurethics, there is no revelation, only educated
 page 27
insights. Educated insights, brilliant flashes of intuition, revelation after intensive and extensive preparation, prescience of gifted people are all acknowledged. But they are not classed as revelation. They are perceived as simply a very rapid and nimble line of reasoning brilliantly executed by a brain well-groomed in exquisite competence.

In Pleneurethics one observes the existence of reason and revelation, both being an exercise of temporal mind. It is noted that reason seems more a laborious function of the mind and brain-mind activity, whereas revelation seems more an activity in the pure mindƒhence requiring less neurological energy and tedium in its execution.

It is also observed that Pleneurethical revelation must be subjected to the same rational the test as reason. For to glorify revelation, by conferring an immunity upon it from test of reasonƒand by blindly accepting it on faith as superior to reasonƒabruptly brings one to a sublime spiritual arrogance worse than sophomoric Intellectualism.

Microwave Therapy

The microwave, a marvelous adjunct to reliable point-to-point multi-channel radio communications, causes irreversible hardship when doctors throw it indiscriminately down on living persons.

Instead of curing the painful neck as intended by the doctor, microwave therapy to cervical tissues have caused blindness and cataracts. Once again the orthodoxy has illustrated the basic inadequacy of medical training. Not only are many doctors incompetent, but some are greedy as well when they uncritically grasp the flashy novelty as a way to impress patients.

If their training were better or if they were more soberly prudent in evaluating potential therapeutic devices, they would realize that microwave applications at the base of the head is dangerous. Microwave applications to the neck not only heats up muscle tissues  of the neck, but also penetrates to the base of the brain and upper
 page 28
reach of the spinal cord. The application of microwave therapy to these regions may kill, cause blindness, or many forms of permanent disability, because central neural tissues are destroyed through over- heated coagulation.

Genetic Disorder
Genetic anomalies do not cause chronic illness, but chronic illness may cause genetic anomalies. Genetic patterns in germ cells may be disturbed because the organic tissues which produce the germ cells or support them after conception are inadequate. Such inadequacies may result from inheritance, radionic radiation, poisonous side effects of untested drugs, straight industrial poisons, and last, but certainly not least, comes Pleneurethical bioductosis and neuralosis with ensuing neurological insufficiency to the gonads.

Patterns of trauma in the central neural system throw correlative patterns of distortion into the mind and some. These patterns can cast a general depression over the entire body or select isolated tissue areas. It is not unusual for the pattern of chronic illness to be such that the reproductive system becomes incapable of creating a complete germ cell or sustaining it if conception is achieved.

Chronic illness processes are ordinarily quite slow, but in the initial stages, the affected somatic region may even be overstimulated. In those cases where the sexual apparatus is affected, the person may be hyper-active sexually for a few years. Then after a slight fever or rash or discharge in the affected somatic area, the hyperactivity will begin to degenerate. This is the stage, prior to total sexual incapacity, that the defective germ cell may appear.

Congenital deformity may be prevented by Pleneurethical therapy in those cases where chronic illness has chronically forestalled parental capability to produce germ cells with a proper genetic pattern.

Pleneurethics prevents congenital deformity caused by defective genes of a chronically ill parent or parents. However, corrective
 page 29
therapy must commence prior to the occurrence of a degenerative exacerbation which destroys any extensive area of brain tissue associated with reproduction.

Although congenital deformity is not a form of chronic illness, chronic degenerative disorder will predispose parents to throw defective germ cells. If the chronic illness is severe, and of fairly long standing, flaccid sexual apparatus and lack of interest in copulation may deny the introduction of a defective germ cell to its mate. If proper introduction is achieved, the defective germ cell may be so inadequate that not even a congenitally deformed fetus will be produced.

Chronic illnesses are variable. Not all such illnesses produce similar effects in the mind and the body. Certain chronic illnesses could cause alteration in genetic structure of sperm or ova cells manufactured in the sexual apparatus of the chronically ill person.

Once such a deformed cell was produced, conception from it would create a congenital deformity. After the individual with the congenital deformity commenced to live, the process of deformity cannot be reversed.

A defective genetic pattern does not always spring from a line of congenitally defective parents. It may also arise from a number of other causes such as exposure to excessive radiation which destroys gonadic tissues enough to prevent the formation of genetic material in part or in whole.

Jogging
Jogging is much in vogue these days. Jogging is not recommended by Pleneurethics for other than a pastime; perhaps as a device to help offset excesses in food and deficient exercise. Jogging as a remedy for chronic illness is a waste of time and energy. Jogging compacts the bioductory system in its major reaches, and, if there is already some bioductory injury along the spinal cord, jogging can only make it worse.
 page 30
Jogging has some merit as a remedy for certain acute problems. Jogging may cause the performer to perspire, breathe harder, and manifest accelerated blood circulation. It flexes certain muscles and perhaps tones them. But the overall result of jogging is temporarily stimulative. In no way can it be considered a corrective of the cause of chronic illness.

Assignation
The duty of the mind is to interpret brain performance. The mind cannot shirk or evade this responsibility as long as life force inspires metabolism in a receptive brain. During sleep the brain restores itself physiologically. The brain relaxes, sheds its tensions, and conducts cellular repairs. The intellectual mind disengages from the brain during sleep so that cerebellar tissues will not be required to execute mental commands.

However, even in sleep, the mind monitors brain activity and must interpret extraordinary cerebellar response. A person often awakens at the stimulus of a loud noise or remains fitfully asleep if the brain is being bombarded by other excitation.

The mind assigns meaning to brain activity. The process of learning to assign meaning to brain registrations is arduous. Indeed, even a lifetime is insufficient for the mind to learn to correctly interpret all of brain’s various signals.

Mistakes are often made by the mind in conjuring a meaning to correspond with brain activity. Because of the universal biological position occupied by it, the brain reflects a wide variety of conditions. It is easy for the mind to be misled and to believe that a certain condition is responsible for brain activity when actually another and entirely different condition is responsible. Very often, several separate conditions are impacting upon the brain concurrently. If any of the conditions are injuriously bombarding the brain, the mind must discover the cause of the distressing condition and abate it. Since the source of some conditions are masked, the mind may impute an erroneous evaluation and aim heroic measures in abatement of the wrong source of trouble
 page 31

Parallel Patterns of Disease
Each and every ailment peculiar to human beings may emerge in acute or chronic form. Each form parallels the other somewhat. Although the differences are sufficient to fully alert a Pleneurethicist, the similarities are sufficient to completely disorient and confuse the unwary and untrained regular allopathic physician.

Thus, for example, a runny nose may be of two basic types: acute from breathing contaminated air or chronic from a brain condition due to sub-occipital and cervical bioductory disarray. In the acute case, a chemical addressed to nasal passages will assuage the condition until relief from contaminated air has been achieved. In the acute case, the runny nose is the only symptom except perhaps for some temporary lung inflammation, sore eyes and even headache from the toxin of air pollution.

In the chronic case, there will be not only a runny nose but an entire chronic illness syndrome. This may include brain exhaustion of varying degree, protruding eyes, and chronic changes in vision, lung and heart condition, stiff neck, bursitis on occasion followed by arthritis of neck and arms, sleeplessness with bad dreams and nightmares of an increasingly bizarre nature and chronic personality and character changes. Here the basic treatment is neither chemical nor verbal but biomechanical. Chemicals may be administered, but they are aimed at secondary and tertiary level symptoms only.

Medical authorities have made gigantic errors because of their approach to diagnosis and treatment of disease. This charge is clearly substantiated by their declaration that visceral deterioration reflects to cause pain in the back. Actually, it was the trauma in the painful sector of the spinal cord and bioductory system that caused the sequence of chronic events in the brain. This has led to both the visceral deterioration and the mental anguish along with other symptoms of the ailment.

Once the viscera degenerates, the process adds another level of stress and overload upon the neural system. This will reinforce the original traumatic symptoms of back pain.
 page 32

Brain Loading
Central neural energy may be absorbed by any loading which impedance matches, and resonates in harmony with the vibrant range of brain. Loading may be imposed upon central neural resources by mentality. Loading may also be presented to the brain by stimuli which vibrate normal sensory receptors. Such loading as noted above is normal. It may be light or excessively heavy, but it is nevertheless normal and may be avoided if the person wishes. Thus, solve the problem, forget the problem, or, in the case of loud noise, move away or plug the ears.

Frustration is disliked by people because of the load placed on the brain by the frustrated mentality. This extra burden on brain capability diminishes its overall vigor and buoyance. Frustration is disliked because it attenuates the enjoyment of life. And, if prolonged or intensified, it may threaten the survival potential of the individual. Excessive neural frustration may destroy the basis for life itself.

Abnormal loading may also be forced upon the brain by disorder in the bioductory system. Such loading is chronic. Although reduced during rest, it may never be completely escaped. This, when coupled with eventual brain deterioration which chronic load- ing inevitably induces, brings chronic illness and premature death. Such loading is abnormal and cannot be evaded by the stricken person because his sensory system is not equipped to indicate to him the source of his trouble.

The state of health is a result and a balance between total load exerted on the brain, and the capability or capacity of the brain to I furnish energy required by the load.

Instrumentation will eventually be developed in Pleneurethical laboratories to calculate this neurological balance and to show if it is degenerating, regenerating, or retaining a satisfactory equilibrium of normal health.

The Last Word
Nothing in the several volumes of Pleneurethics should be considered to be the last word. There will always be one more word. The present writing of Pleneurethics is nothing more than a rough guide to the Pleneurethical way. In this way Pleneurethics will be defined and refined over the centuries by others.

In order to comprehend fully the total play of Pleneurethics in its multi-disciplinary aspects, one would have to be at one and the same time a master of anatomy, physiology, pathology, physics, electronics, psychology, and sociology. To explain it all easily to the lay mind, one would have to be a master of rhetoric as well.

Although he created the field of search subsumed under the rubric Pleneurethics, the author stands humbled by it and certainly is most willing to respectfully stand aside as others complete the study.

One may study the principles of Pleneurethics on his own. However, there soon will be professional people in Pleneurethics who will be able to guide those persons seeking assistance.

What is it in Pleneurethics that sets it apart from all else? Pleneurethics is set apart because of the way it gathers things together, and what it has gathered together to create this new field.

The new field of Pleneurethics is vast. Those who would travel therein are best advised to seek help to keep from losing time and energy through wandering or encountering danger itself. This is true of all fields located in the pre-Pleneurethical era.

All fields have danger and the professional guides in these fields warn of them repeatedly. The medical man warns of the micro- organisms that lurk, ready to pounce on the unwary. The psychiatric man sounds the cry of alarm against penis envy and incestuous thoughts and anal images. The holy man casts the fear of godly wrath upon all sinners. What stand does the Pleneurethical man take? He inveighs against pathological brain tension and trauma, and avoidance of all things productive of such stressful malstructure.
 page 34
The practice is: Take care of the brain to keep it cool, relaxed, and under only normal tension loading.

People trained in the field of Pleneurethics will point to brain strain and deterioration as that which is to be avoided. Prescriptions will correct any factor leading to brain trauma, brain deterioration, or any abnormal amount of brain stress and tension. The Pleneurethical person will declare the highest value on earth to be an ethically competent use of neural energy in each individual.

Touching the Sick
To heal the sick, the healer must not be above dealing with the ailment on its own terms. Sometimes this involves touching the patient. One of the most difficult decisions which this writer had to make in the beginning was: Could he really touch the patient with his hands even if that was the only way to the person’s reconstruction? Instinctively he recoiled from the notion of touching people. Because he disliked touching any other person than say a lady that he felt attracted to. One of the greatest efforts of self-discipline. required of him was to force himself willingly to touch the chronically ill to conduct their recovery.

Many modern “Doctors” will not touch their patients or deal sympathetically with the afflicted. They are supercilious dilettantes who refuse to really come close to their patients other than by remote control. These sophomores of chemistry, these demons of ill shadowy but highly disruptive radiography, touch their patients only with the steel tip of a blood syringe or X-ray device, and see their patients only through blood tests and radiographic plates. If this writer can touch the sick to heal their affliction, then any man who claims to be a healer can also touch the sick, and treat them not from above but from the same level as the patient.

Neurothermal Coaxiality
Neurothermal coaxiality is complex. A lengthy chapter could easily be devoted to this immensely interesting subject.
 page 35
The brain is thermally coaxial with blood, and with the speed of flow of blood and its temperature. Viscosity of blood and many other factors affecting the blood are significant here, including toxic inclusions which alter metabolic rates.

In a way, the brain is thermally coaxial with mentality of the mind. Certain thoughts and mental frustration may provoke the brain into an intense level of activity. This may elicit an increase in its operating temperature.

The brain is likewise thermally coaxial with the body and the outer physical environment. Freezing temperatures and excessive heat each contribute their own form of danger. It is interesting to note that as the brain numbs from freezing, the mind is released from this source of discomfort, and the mind senses warmth and exceptional well-being prior to the death of brain. A sun stroke is perhaps a more feverish and hectic transition into possible death because of the hyperactivity of an overheated brain. Finally, the chronic illness process imposes its own thermal loading on the brain. Major sections of the central nerve tracts may register elevated temperature because of local trauma in the bioductory system.

When one considers neurothermal coaxiality, he achieves access to a number of very significant biological interrelationships.
